As of 5th December 2025, the Group had 8,479,899 shares in treasury stock representing 7.1% of the share capital. The economic and political rights attached to the shares held in treasury stock are suspended.

eDreams ODIGEO shares are listed on the Spanish Stock Exchanges (Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia) through the Automated Quotation System (Sistema de Interconexión Bursátil or Mercado Continuo) since 8 April 2014.
