In accordance with the article 539.2 of the Capital Companies Act, it is reported that the average period of payment
to suppliers in the fiscal year ended 31st March 2026 of all the Group companies domiciled in Spain has been 17 days.
Additionally, as established in the Law 18/2022, of September 28, on the creation and growth of companies, which
modifies the third additional provision of Law 15/2010, it is reported that in the fiscal year ended 31st March 2026,
the total amount paid within a period less than the maximum established in the late payment regulations has risen to
1,687,685 thousand euros (87% of the total amount of payments to suppliers) and 23,748 invoices (88% of the total
supplier invoices).
